Import a Podcast Using an RSS Feed URL
RSS Podcasts fully supports importing podcasts by RSS feed URL. This is especially useful if:
A podcast isn’t listed in the public directory
You're accessing a private or premium feed
You're migrating from another podcast app
Whether you're exploring niche content or transferring your subscriptions, RSS Podcasts makes it easy to add any podcast using its direct feed URL.
How to Add a Podcast Using Its RSS Feed URL
Follow these steps to manually add a podcast feed in RSS Podcasts:
Open the RSS Podcasts app.
Go to the Podcasts tab.
Tap the + button.
Select More…
Choose Enter URL Manually.
Paste the full RSS feed URL provided by the podcast.
Tap Go, then Add.
You can choose from default settings or adjust them to your preference.
The podcast will be added to your library and start syncing episodes.
Note: If the feed is private and requires authentication, RSS Podcasts will prompt you to enter your username and password after entering the URL.
Once added, your podcast will update automatically — just like any other subscription in your library.
